Ally has a 24-hour change and cancelation policy.
To change or cancel an existing appointment, email allycoreythompson@gmail.com
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Providing you’ve adhered to these guidelines, a full refund can be issued and/or the appointment can be rescheduled.
If you miss an appointment or cancel within the 24-hour window, this will be considered a lost appointment - no refund will be granted, and you will not be able to reschedule. I’m sure you understand.
